When you buy a Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation license plate, you show your proud support for Missouri's fish, forestry and wildlife programs. More than that, you help our next generation learn how to conserve, manage and use these resources. Funds from the plates enhance nature centers, outdoor classrooms, stream teams, wildlife habitat and other conservation programs.

Three ways to get your
Conservation Plate Authorization Form
You'll need this form
to obtain your personalized Conservation Heritage license plates via the Missouri
Department of Revenue . You may order the Conservation Heritage plates
any time, regardless of your current license plate expiration date. If you
want to renew your plate now, just follow the process outlined below.
1.
Buy online via the permit-purchasing page
Click the license plate option--$25 for one year, $50 for two years. An additional
$2 service fee will be applied to online purchases. Allow two weeks for
your Conservation Plate Authorization Form to arrive.

2. Call our toll-free, 24-hour permit sales number: 1-800-392-4115. You can use your credit card. There is a $2 convenience fee for purchasing through this number. Allow two weeks for your Conservation Plate Authorization Form to arrive.
OR
3. Visit any Department of Conservation permit vendor in Missouri. The vendor will give you the Conservation Plate Authorization Form upon purchase.
Once you have the Conservation Plate Authorization Form . . .
Contact the Missouri Department of Revenue for a personalized license plate application ($15 fee applies), and complete the purchasing process with them. The Department of Revenue will notify you by mail when your plates are ready to pick up from your local license bureau.
